Our philosophy is that court action is the last resort, not the first, but if circumstances warrant court action, we will advise you fully on the process and costs.

Burrell Family Law is a Family Law practice based in the bayside suburb of Black Rock. Founded in 2011 by Divorce Lawyer Prue Burrell. Suzanne Stewart took over the running of the practice on behalf of Prue in November 2014. Suzanne became the Principal of Burrell Family Law on 1st July 2022. Burrell Family Law handles all matters arising from the breakdown of a marriages and defacto relationships, in a sensitive and cost effective manner
